We are looking for a skilled and driven Senior Project Engineer III / Project Manager (PE-3) to lead the design and implementation of various civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will manage project schedules, budgets, and teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with relevant standards. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with strong technical and project management skills who is looking to advance their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The right candidate will demonstrate a passion for providing quality, high-level engineering design knowledge and be competent in managing support staff, collaborating with other team members, and maintaining client communication.#### Responsibilities
* Major responsibility for technical performance.
* Primary point of contact for client, agency, and contractor.
* Design and prepare construction documents for new/renovated infrastructure improvements (potable water, sanitary sewer, site grading, roadway corridor, and stormwater infrastructure).
* Manage projects from acquisition through completion and is responsible for maintaining budget and contract performance.
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and government agencies to ensure project requirements are understood and achieved.
* Develop cost proposals for new projects.
* Develop and/or review engineering documents and ensure the technical accuracy of drawings and specifications.
* Apply advanced techniques and theories to complex engineering problems.
* Perform varied and complex civil engineering analyses to support efficient solutions.
* Monitor and prioritize project deadlines to meet project goals and commitments.
* Mentor and direct support staff.
* Attend and participate in project meetings with the design team, clients, and/or reviewing agencies.
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety standards.#### Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
* 10+ years of professional experience in civil engineering, preferably with project management experience.
* Diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
* Proficiency in Civil 3D and other relevant civil engineering software.
* Experience using CDOT, CDPHE, FEMA, USDA, and other governmental design standards and forms.
* Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methods.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and leadership skills.
* Professional Engineer (PE) in Colorado or the ability to obtain licensure in CO within 1 year of hire date.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications:
