- Prepare and deliver mortgage loan disclosures including the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure.
- Prepare and deliver revised disclosures for changes in circumstances on mortgage loans.
- Coordinate with settlement agents to balance mortgage loan transactions.
- Prepare mortgage closing document packages to be delivered to the settlement agent.
- Review loans prior to closing to ensure document accuracy, including the final Closing Disclosure and closing documents.
- Prepare funding and booking documents for closed loans.
- Ship original documents to mortgage investors.
- Track loans in post-closing with Investor to ensure timely purchase.
- Implement and maintain effective trailing document tracking system to comply with Investor requirements.
- Maintain file integrity and ensure all files are set up in accordance with departmental, state, and federal guidelines.
- Review monitoring for homeowner's insurance, property taxes, and flood insurance for the mortgage loan portfolio. Take all necessary steps to ensure updated information is received in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Two years' experience in mortgage lending or related field preferred.
- Working knowledge of mortgage lending procedures, construction lending and FNMA, FHA, VA, FHFA, FHLMC and GNMA type loan programs is a plus.
- Working knowledge of mortgage regulatory compliance, to include RESPA, TIL, HMDA, HOEPA, Flood, Fair Lending, etc, is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
- Ability to interpret and apply regulations and investor requirements.

Hourly: $23.75 - $33.25
