Tax Professionals – Staff to Director level

Location: Durango, CO |
Schedule: Full-time, on-site

An established and growing CPA firm in Durango, CO is seeking Tax professionals at all levels, from Staff through Senior Manager, to join its team on an immediate, full-time basis. This is an opportunity to bring public tax expertise into a stable, growing environment while continuing to build a rewarding career.

• Perform complex tax preparation, tax research, and tax planning
• Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies
• Direct or assist in compliance aspects of US tax for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, S-corps, and individuals
• Review tax estimates and projections
• Stay current on and maintain sound knowledge of Taxation Codes and Regulations

• Experience in tax compliance, planning, and preparation
• CPA or CPA candidate
• Masters in Taxation (Masters in Accounting or MBA also considered)
• Background in public tax

• Big 4 or large national/regional tax experience preferred
