Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic – Durango, Colorado

We are hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our established outpatient clinic in Durango. This clinic has not had a PTA on staff in some time, and we are intentionally adding this role because we know how impactful a strong PTA can be for both patient care and clinic growth.

This position is a great fit for a PTA who wants to be relied on, supported, and valued as a key part of the care team. You will be stepping into a clinic with a strong reputation, loyal patients, and leadership that is focused on building something sustainable and high quality for the long term.

• Treat patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Carry out and progress treatment plans with consistency and attention to outcomes
• Document care clearly and efficiently
• Work closely with therapists, front office staff, and leadership to keep the clinic running smoothly
• Build long‑term relationships with patients and contribute to a positive clinic culture

• Active Colorado PTA license or ability to obtain
