Description:

Hiring Process includes Profile Review and an Interview with the Unit Manager.
Clinicians should be located within a 60-mile radius.
Radiation badges must be provided by the agency.
Orientation consists of department-specific training.
The department operates 4 scanners/rooms.
There is no requirement to float or cover other areas.
Common imaging studies performed include Emergency Department, Outpatient, and Inpatient.
The average number of scans performed per day is between 20-30.
The electronic medical record system used is EPIC, along with Fuji Synaps.
Departmental equipment includes GE models.
There are no Registered Radiology Assistants utilized in this department.
A radiologist is in-house.
Starting IVs is not applicable to this position.
Self-scheduling is not allowed; variable start times for day shifts may be available.
Weekend work is mandatory.
There are no holiday requirements.
Call or standby requirements are only as needed.
Scrubs must be professional colors; scrubs are not provided.
Department-specific orientation is included.
The hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts during the assignment.
Charting is performed in EPIC.
No BSN is required for this position.
Trauma Level for this care setting is 1.
The care setting is acute.
