In the event Hospital desires to cancel Placement's assignment, without cause, prior to the Placement's assignment start date, Hospital will make a good faith effort to provide Agency with advanced written notice of such cancellation.
After
Start Date:
In the event Hospital desires to cancel the assignment of any Placement, without cause, who has already started providing Services to Hospital, Hospital will provide Agency with fourteen (14) days' prior written notice in accordance with Section 3.5 of this Agreement. Hospital fails to provide at least (14) days' prior written notice to Agency, Hospital will compensate Agency an amount equal to the number of hours Placement was scheduled to work during that (14) day period, less the hours Placement actually worked during such (14) day period, multiplied by the Agency's hourly bill rate for such Placement.
Guarantee Hours Policy:
Hospital may cancel up to four shifts for a 13-week assignment, up to three shifts for 12 weeks or less.
