Compensation & Benefits

No need to chase hours. We have immediate caseloads available, allowing you to begin building your schedule quickly.

  • $80–$90 per hour

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards
  • Provide parent training and ongoing support
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
  • Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Active BCBA certification through the BACB
  • Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Current residence in the State of Colorado
