Job Description:
We are seeking a Part Time Behavioral Health Technician (possibility of full time) to provide supportive services and monitor and direct compliance with rules, guidelines, and directives for clients within a 24-hour residential care unit. Participates as a member of the service delivery team to assist with the individual care plans for program clients in accordance with policies, rules, regulations, and directives that apply.
May also be asked to provide similar services in other locations as needed. Behavioral Health Technicians are to make reasonable accommodations to make clients as comfortable as possible during their stay at the facility.

Salary:
Starting pay is $20.00 (Based pay $17.50 + $2.50 Locale Differential = $20.00) and ranges up to $22.60 per hour, which includes a $2.50 locale differential at our Durango worksites and considers preferred experience and preferred education described above. The ideal candidate for the Behavioral Health Technician position will have a high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree and experience in the 12 Step recovery, medical and mental health fields are preferred.
