Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full‑Time

Durango Health and Rehabilitation in Durango, CO is hiring a Speech‑Language Pathologist for a full‑time, flexible schedule. Eligible applicants may receive a $1000 relocation incentive. Pay ranges from $41.00 to $52.00 per hour.

Durango Health and Rehabilitation is a long‑term care facility that also provides outpatient services. The caseload includes a mix of subacute, long‑term care, and outpatient patients. The facility is investing in FEES equipment and offers ongoing continuing education to support clinical excellence.

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, and develop appropriate care plans in line with regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment for communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, modify services based on patient evaluation, and make referrals as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.

• Licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist.
