• Audit all required documentation, timesheets, checklists, receiving records and repair order, and maintenance logs.
• Establish and maintain a written maintenance schedule.
• Oversee the service, repair and/or rebuild of equipment as necessary.
• Ensure all rental equipment is in good usable condition before it goes out to the customer. Inspect all rental equipment for damage when it comes back from a customer and report any damage according to established procedure.
• Perform weekly and monthly equipment rental inventories to ensure appropriate equipment inventories.
• Monitor equipment rental transactions to track lost or stolen equipment, including filing police and insurance reports as needed.
• Remove dirt, concrete, or other debris from rental equipment. Ensure the rental area and equipment is cleaned on a regular basis.
• Open and close the rental yard, authorize refunds, and handle customer issues. Oversee forklift maintenance and daily completion of pre-operation checklist.
• Administer goals and training programs for associates to include safety training.
• Generally, has 7+ years of experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1-2 years lead experience in a similar industry.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Pay Range: $20.00-$28.00 Hourly. Colorado law requires the posting of the salary range for advertised jobs. This range is determined based on market data and internal pay practices to establish a minimum and maximum value for a job. Individual base pay is determined based on a variety of elements including experience, skills, internal equity and other factors.
