Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

A leading client of ours and one of Colorado’s most respected workplaces are seeking a Project Manager to join their team in their Durango office. If you have 5+ years of GC/CM experience and have managed projects greater than $3M, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career, and enjoy security in a long-term role away from the stress of the big city.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee commercial construction projects ranging from $5M to $50M in sectors such as healthcare, tenant improvement, municipal, higher education, K-12, federal, and more.

• 5+ years in construction with experience managing projects $3M+
• No more than 2 companies in 5 years, or 3 companies in 10 years
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with healthcare & education projects (preferred)
• Track record of ownership, accountability, and teamwork
