Community Connections, Inc. seeks a part‑time Community Engagement Coordinator to support Southwest Colorado Cares (SWCC), a regional resource hub helping community members and partners access local supports addressing social drivers of health.
The role coordinates the Community Ambassador program, including recruitment, training, outreach, and improvements. The Coordinator also maintains the SWCC/211 resource directory for accuracy and cultural responsiveness across southwest Colorado.
