• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery / LDRP experience required. Must have experience in labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care. Experience with oxytocin drips and fetal monitoring required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN State License.
• BLS (AHA).
• ACLS (AHA).
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring.
• Experience managing labor, postpartum, and maternal-baby patients.
• Ability to interpret fetal heart monitoring strips.
• Experience with titrating oxytocin and managing high-risk pregnancies (HTN, pre-eclampsia, preterm labor, TOLAC).
• Comfortable working in LDRP setting covering all phases of labor.
