• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Colorado
• Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience
• ACLS (American Heart Association), BLS (American Heart Association), PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
• Valid state‑issued nursing license
• Ability to float within a 60‑mile radius of the assigned zone
• Completion of orientation week in Colorado, including required modules

• Experience with common drip medications used in ER
• Proficiency interpreting telemetry monitors and performing point‑of‑care testing procedures
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical record system

• Average of 63 patients per day; nurse‑to‑patient ratios 1:4 to 1:5 based on acuity
• Trauma Level 3 designation; 24/7 RT services including ABGs, breathing treatments, and EKGs
• RNs trained to perform point‑of‑care lab testing
• Cancellation policy: hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13‑week assignment
