This night‑shift Registered Nurse (RN) in Durango assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient. As a Float RN, you will promote the optimal health, well‑being and safety of the patient through the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.

What to expect on our Enterprise Pool team:
Nurses will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility.
Medical Surgical
Enterprise Pool 1:- Base rate + $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials
- 1 facility – preferred location/closest to home
- At least 2 applicable units
- Must work in at least 2 applicable units with recent RN experience within unit type/specialty area - 24 months of hospital RN experience in unit type/specialty area in which candidate will float
- PRN: +15% PRN Differential
- Not eligible for benefits - Full Time/Part Time:
Benefits eligible based on FTE eligibility

Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact, - Colorado Only: RNs working in Colorado under a multi‑state license must obtain their CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency, i.e., driver’s license, register to vote, etc. Compact to Compact. - Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required;
Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred - BLS from the American Heart Association required
- Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty area
Physical Requirements
- Medium Work - (Exert up to 50 lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly)

Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.
