In this role, you’ll provide quality patient care while helping support the health and well-being of an underserved population. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing hands-on nursing care and monitoring patient conditions
• Performing assessments and recognizing changes in patient status
• Administering medications according to established standards and protocols
• Responding to urgent and emergency medical needs
• Documenting patient care accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborating with providers and the healthcare team on treatment plans
• Using sound clinical judgment while working within your State Scope of Practice and SHP guidelines
