Cottonwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, an intimately warm subacute and skilled nursing facility, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-time Cook to join our dedicated team! As a Full-time Cook at our state-of-the-art facility, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional culinary services to our residents. With new ownership at the helm, we are committed to elevating our delivery of care and expanding our continuum of clinical services to better meet the community's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook restaurant-quality meals for residents, staff, and guests
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety standards
• Collaborate with our dietary team to develop menus and plan meals that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and quality control measures
• Manage inventory and ordering of food, supplies, and equipment
