Overview
Position
Purpose:
Lot Associates assist customers with loading their vehicles and monitor/maintain the entrance of the store. They are responsible for maintaining a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance. This position interacts with Home Depot associates and customers. Because Lot Associates are often the first and last to interact with customers, customer service plays a vital role. Direct customer interaction is frequently required and excellent customer service skills are required.
- Assist customers with loading their vehicles.
- Monitor and maintain the entrance of the store and ensure a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance.
- Interact with Home Depot associates and customers; provide a high level of customer service as the first and last associate customers see in the store.
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact with customers directly.
- Ability to assist customers with loading their vehicles.
