Summary

Manager Retail Accounts – The company seeks a candidate to oversee indirect and/or direct headquarters responsibilities, represent client/customer products and promotions, and perform in‑store execution duties consistent with retail sales associates. The role involves selling within assigned territories, ensuring client standards are met, and driving volume growth.

• Achieve specific selling goals at each direct/indirect selling call point.
• Develop selling tools and tactics in partnership with client/customer account managers.
• Increase sales volume through promotional activities and display creation.
• Ensure all authorized items are represented, tagged, and comply with pricing guidelines.
• Maintain good customer relations, provide timely reporting, and manage shelf standards.
• Secure promotional placements such as POGs, feature ads, displays, racks, and POS equipment.
• Attend trade shows and market client/customer events.
• Maintain brand representation and effectiveness across all touchpoints.

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales/retail experience, preferably with direct retail team (DRT).
• Strong sales presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage conflicting priorities to drive win‑win outcomes.
• Advanced analytical and project‑management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Physical capability to lift up to 74 pounds, stand for long periods, and handle store conditions.
