Retail Part Time Team Lead

The ODP Corporation -  - Responsibilities:
Print Sales and Services:
Operates and assists associates on all equipment within the Print Services area to maintain efficient production and ensure client orders are completed correctly and on-time.;
Operational Efficiency:
Process merchandise accurately and efficiently, adhere to procedures and visual merchandising standards; identify areas for process improvement and reduce waste; ensure loss prevention compliance.;
Client Engagement:
Drive client satisfaction, coaching and training to associates, community outreach, develop selling skills and product knowledge.;
External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty:
Ensure building safety, perform opening/closing responsibilities, monitor KPIs and alarm systems, assist with cash handling audits.;
Other duties as assigned.
