Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour. Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage.
Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply under applicable criteria.

Job OverviewStocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
Responsibilities- Unload trucks and safely store freight.
- Stock items in appropriate locations and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate forklift or other heavy machinery as required.
- Adhere to safety and company procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
- Valid forklift certification or ability to operate heavy machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and following safety guidelines.
