Are you a people person who loves sharing great products and creating a warm, welcoming environment? Our Durango retail store is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team.

To ensure you feel confident stepping onto our retail floor, we look for a blend of foundational experience and hands‑on capability.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role (retail, food service, hospitality, or similar fast‑paced environment).

• Engaging Customer Service: natural ability to greet guests, offer product samples warmly, explain promotions clearly, and share product knowledge with enthusiasm.
• Point of Sale (POS) & Cash Handling: comfort operating digital register systems, accurately processing transactions (cash, card, mobile pay), and applying discounts correctly.
• Merchandising & Inventory Care: eye for detail to stock shelves, rotate edible products for freshness, and arrange visually appealing displays.

• Food Safety & Cleanliness: commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards, keeping counters clean, and ensuring showroom appearance.

• Physical Capabilities: lift up to 25 pounds frequently (and up to 50 pounds occasionally), bend, reach, and grasp objects, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Delight Customers: greet, hand out samples, guide guests to find the perfect treats or gifts.
• Register Operations: process retail transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Craft on‑site treats: cook and hand‑dip select store‑made products to keep shelves stocked with fresh delights.
• Maintain store shine: keep shelves stocked and merchandised while performing cleaning / sanitizing duties.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $15.16 per hour.
