• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side‑by‑side sell to find personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and expertise sharing.
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Become proficient in the use of digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding: illustrate coverage, plan benefits, and troubleshooting.
• Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills, processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources.
• Build relationships and partner with employees across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, identify small business leads, and develop strong peer relationships; enjoy providing first‑class customer experience.

• Strong desire to learn and master the skills required of our customer advocates and to build meaningful connections with customers.
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices while serving customers and resolving issues.
• Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift objects up to 25lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Full‑time (40 hours) or part‑time (20+ hours) availability
