We're looking for a Skilled Carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys being part of a reliable team. If you have carpentry experience and enjoy building, repairing, and improving structures, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll work on a variety of projects throughout La Plata County, including construction, installation, maintenance, and repair work. We're seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to doing the job right.

• Measure, mark, and prepare materials using blueprints and project plans
• Build, install, and repair structures using hand and power tools
• Install windows, doors, and other building components
• Ensure projects are completed accurately and safely
• Inspect completed work and make adjustments when needed
• Follow local building codes and safety standards
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members
• Perform other carpentry-related duties as assigned

• Skilled carpentry experience through an apprenticeship or equivalent work history
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of carpentry tools, techniques, and safety practices
• Strong math, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift heavy materials, climb, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
