Deposit Operations Specialist II - ATM Support

This position is primarily responsible for monitoring the maintenance and performance of First United Bank ATMs and working with service providers to minimize service interruptions to ensure quality customer experience.

Major duties and responsibilities include:

• Monitoring the maintenance and performance of the ATM fleet
• Coordinating with ATM vendors for any needed service and support
• Placing weekly cash orders for the ATMs
• Completing ATM settlement and balancing reports entries
• Monitoring and completing ATM recon reports provided by Accounting
• Researching and resolving ATM dispense and deposit outages

Additional duties and responsibilities include:

• Completing various reports as assigned
• ATM supply orders such as receipt paper
• Ensuring the proper display of ATM signage and ADA compliance via ATM audits submitted by the Community Banks
• Completing all required compliance exams on a yearly basis
• Adherence to all First United Policies and Procedures
• Dressing Professionally

Employee specifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Two years banking experience required
• Two years customer service required
• Knowledge of financial institution policies and procedures preferred
• Knowledge of ATM processing preferred
• Superior customer service skills required
• Demonstrates good judgment
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Demonstrates dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently, without close supervision
• Must be willing to be on-call after-hours, weekends and holidays to resolve ATM issues
