Job Title

Dental Assistant – Full‑time

Monday‑Thursday 7:30 am‑4:30 pm or Tuesday‑Thursday 7:30 am‑4:30 pm. Friday 7:30 am‑1:30 pm rotating.

• Greet and welcome patients, sustain patient comfort, and provide education throughout treatment.
• Conduct thorough review of patients’ health histories.
• Take and process x‑rays and other diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography, etc.).
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists (four‑handed dentistry) during procedures.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms, maintain safety protocols (OSHA & CDC).
• Manage supplies and inventory, place and expedite orders.
• Partner with providers and team to implement system workflows.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• State‑issued Dental Assistant Permit & X‑ray credentials.
• Willingness to undergo training.
• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience with Dentrix or other dental software.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Adaptable to changing workflows and team dynamics.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive problem‑solving.
• Collaborative team player, positive attitude, service‑oriented mindset.

• Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds at times.
• Availability for virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically.
• Obligatory tuberculosis (TB) test for all new hires.
