Jobot is seeking a Tooling Engineer for our Durant, OK foundry. This on-site, permanent role focuses on developing and improving foundry processes, ensuring quality and safety on the shop floor.
You will lead projects, design rigging and fixtures, and work closely with production teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, at least 5 years in a foundry, CAD proficiency, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
