Start Rate: $15.00/hour | Full-Time | 3rd Shift & 2nd Shift Available

The Deep Clean Technician is tasked with cleaning that goes beyond the normal daily cleaning and scrubbing operations. You will report to the EVS or Pool Supervisors, Shift Managers, or EVS Manager on duty.

• Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, shampooers, vacuums, power washes, sweepers, buffers, steam cleaners, escalator cleaners, and single- and two-person lifts.
• Perform heavy‑duty cleaning of floors, decks, walls, fabrics (rugs, cushions, carpets), and remove rubbish.
• Repair cleaning equipment, tools, and lifts.
• Follow approved cleaning practices using proper chemicals within MSDS guidelines.
• Remove dust and cobwebs from vents, ceiling tiles, signs, ledges, fixtures, windows, wall hangings, and light fixtures, often at heights of 40+ feet using scissor lifts or ladders.
• Clean and remove stains from fabric, cushions, and carpet; shampoo, sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors using brooms, mops, and powered machines.
• Standard cleaning of windows, doors, walls, ceilings, closets, and fixtures in public areas and hallways.
• Polish metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings.
• Answer or direct customer or public inquiries and take initiative to clean or correct problem areas.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Knowledge of the chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations they undergo.
• Knowledge of cleaning machines and tools, including their designs, uses, and basic maintenance.
• General knowledge of cleaning requirements in the hospitality industry.
• Understand government public health regulations.
• Prior Environmental Services/Housekeeping experience.
