The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and motivating warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence. This role involves developing staff, managing labor costs, resolving employee issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting a safe work environment, identifying and solving problems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

1st Shift Operations Supervisor | $65,000 up to $80,000 with Monthly Bonus
  • 2 Weeks PTO in First Year – 8 hours upon hire.

  • Direct and coordinate daily activities in the warehouse, including machine production.
  • Provide guidance, leadership, and coaching to your team, and make sure projects and orders are completed on time.
  • Drive and lead events such as LEAN, compliance, safety, ISO, and general procedure/process events.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong and proven leadership, coaching and communication skills.
  • Pass a drug test and background check.
  • Be motivated and energetic.
  • Great work ethic.
