We are currently looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator at our Durant, OK location.

Schedule:

Four‑day work week (four on, three off), 12‑hour shifts.

Pay: $20‑$24 per hour depending on experience.

• Experience operating front end loaders, material handlers, haul trucks, or excavators preferred.
• Conduct regular pre‑op and post‑op inspection before and after use.
• Ensure equipment is safe and prepared for daily use.
• Communicate any unsafe findings or equipment damage immediately to appropriate person.
• Willing to learn how to operate multiple pieces of equipment.
• Willing to train as needed.

• Industry experience preferred: steel mill and/or construction.
• Ability to work independently as well as with teammates.
• Excellent reading and writing skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Willing to learn different positions.
• Willing to work night shift and weekends.
