Paint Line Supervisor
Competitive, based on experience
Full-time (may include overtime and occasional weekends)
Responsibilities:- Supervise daily paint line operations and production workflow
- Lead, train, and support paint line employees
- Ensure proper paint application, coating quality, and finish standards
- Monitor production output, efficiency, and downtime
- Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed
- Track materials, inventory usage, and production reports
- Communicate with management to meet production goals and deadlines
- Previous experience in manufacturing, powder coating, or industrial painting required
- Prior supervisory or lead role experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of paint systems, coatings, or finishing processes
- Ability to read work orders and production specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
