Cinch Maker Position
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cinch Maker to join our team! In this role, you will craft high-quality cinches using traditional techniques and modern tools. The ideal candidate has experience with leather work, weaving, or similar crafts and takes pride in creating durable and aesthetically pleasing products.
Open to training the right candidate
Monday
- Thursday - 32 Hour week 8am-5pm
$14.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create cinches to meet quality standards.
- Work with a variety of materials such as leather, mohair, and nylon.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
- Collaborate with the team to fulfill custom orders.
Qualifications:
- Experience in leather work, weaving, or handcrafting cinches preferred but not needed.
- Willing to train candidate.
- Attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to meet production deadlines.
