Job SummaryThe Consumer Lifecycle Marketing Manager will drive Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) by crafting acquisition, onboarding, cross‑inform, activation, engagement, and win‑back strategies that integrate deposit, loan, and product growth. The role aligns business lines, elevates the Spend Life Wisely (SLW) message, strengthens customer trust, deepens relationships, and delivers measurable results while ensuring marketing investments are optimized and budgets are managed.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute multi‑channel lifecycle campaign strategies to increase CLV, CAC, and ROMI.
- Partner with line‑of‑business leaders, community bank leadership, and department leaders to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to craft offers, messaging, and campaigns, securing compliance approval and stakeholder buy‑in.
- Coordinate community bank event strategies, sponsor ships, and local offers, managing print and frontline marketing assets.
- Oversee creative functions to maintain brand consistency and deliver visual assets for campaigns.
- Lead digital engagement strategies across social media and community channels.
- Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer micro‑journeys to inform segmentation and channel tactics.
- Build and maintain campaign dashboards, using A/B and other measurement methods to assess performance.
- Manage the direct report team of four, ensuring achievement of goals and project execution.
- Maintain financial stewardship of marketing budget, cost‑per‑acquisition efficiency, and profitability metrics.
- Meet with end‑users and their leaders to understand sales environments and challenges.
- Provide insights on high‑propensity customer segments and growth opportunities.
- Adhere to compliance exams, First United policies, and professional dress code.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
- Successful launch and completion of agreed‑upon campaigns (strategy, build, launch, tracking).
- Achievement of campaign metrics: engagement rates, application starts, balances, and budget adherence.
- Improvement in baseline growth performance.
- Direct reports’ goal attainment and project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline; MBA preferred.
- Minimum eight years of product marketing, strategic marketing, channel marketing, or agency experience.
- Experience in financial services, B2B, or tech verticals.
- Proven ability to build data‑driven, multi‑channel direct marketing campaigns via MAP/CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Marketo).
- Strong communicator with collaboration across levels.
- Skill as a marketing, segmentation, VoC, and communications SME for internal partners.
- Success in brand strategy and growth for a challenger brand.
- Experience managing large integrated marketing campaigns involving events, partnership, and promotions.
- Analytics‑based development of strategy and execution of annual plans.
- Interpersonal skills and self‑discipline for timely project delivery.
- Leadership exhibiting sound judgment and ethical decision‑making.
- Collaboration across multifunctional teams.
