We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Durant, OK. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, assist with daily clinical tasks, and support the overall healthcare team in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
• Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and reporting any changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment following infection control protocols.

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of Oklahoma.
• Proven experience as an LPN or in a similar nursing role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
