Employment Overview

Triad Complete Healthcare is seeking an industrious nurse practitioner who is interested in ownership of their own practice. As a member of our growing network of clinicians and management partners, you will own and operate a branded Triad Complete Healthcare clinic, with full autonomy over staffing, office needs, and clinical care.

Support Services

We provide a comprehensive suite of administrative and operational support to ensure your practice runs smoothly and profitably:

  • Full EMR system
  • Credentialing
  • Billing and coding
  • Tech support
  • Hiring assistance
  • Employment contracts
  • On‑site training
  • Malpractice coverage (including premium support)
  • Hands‑on management assistance
  • Back‑end support
Qualifications and Education
  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oklahoma (required)
  • Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with staff and the public
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple projects while maintaining a professional appearance and high level of confidentiality
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent communication, listening, speaking, and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with patients and colleagues
  • Risk management:

    responsibly use income to operate the practice and meet staffing needs
  • Problem solving: identify diseases and other health conditions from clinical interviews, physical examinations, and lab results, and develop treatment plans
  • Critical thinking: evaluate multiple treatment options and select the best outcome for patients
  • Compassion: empathize with patients and their families
  • Leadership: manage nursing staff such as RNs and LPNs
