Registered Nurse (RN) reports to Director of Nurses and provides patient‑centered care in a home health setting. The RN evaluates nursing needs, revises plans of care, delivers advanced nursing services, writes clinical and progress notes, coordinates care, advises physicians and team members, and mentors other nursing staff.

• Licensed as an RN by state nursing board.
• Preferred: at least one year of clinical experience in home health, medical, surgical, or critical care.
• At least 18 years of age with adequate physical stamina and mental health.
• Pass pre‑employment background and health screening.
• Licensed driver with insured automobile in good working order.
• Self‑directed, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent observation, clinical judgment, and oral/written communication skills.
• Demonstrates flexibility and cooperation in fulfilling role obligations.

• Provide skilled assessment, instruction, interventions, and treatment.
• Develop and supervise individualized care plans for patients.
• Coordinate care with patients, caregivers, other clinicians, and physicians.
• Participate in company meetings and in‑service training.
• Assist with responsibilities across multiple branch offices.
