Registered Nurse; RN Supervisor

We are seeking a Supervising RN for our Oklahoma office. We are a leading home care agency committed to improving the quality of life for the people we serve.

• Completes an initial assessment of client and family to determine home care needs, making necessary revisions per physician orders as status and needs change.
• Scope of practice: assess client needs, develop care plans, and provide guidance to personal care providers.
• Supervisory visits:
  Registered nurses must make on‑site supervisory visits to the client's home at least once every three months, with increased frequency for significant health changes.
• Supervise and monitor field employees, ensuring quality healthcare services.
• Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the work of nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs.
• Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes.

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in Texas and Oklahoma.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience (home health/hospice preferred).
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledgeable and capable of performing nursing procedures under the direction of a physician as outlined in state practice acts.
• Meets the requirements for employees providing direct client care.
• Valid driver’s license with access to an insured automobile for work.
• Available to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Participation in in‑service education programs as mandated by state law.
