Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Floating is required.
We are seeking a skilled Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care on both Med Surg floors. The nurse will be responsible for managing a patient ratio of 6:1 in a fast-paced environment, utilizing Cerner as the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
Must have 2+ years of experience in Med Surg nursing.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
PALS certification required within 6 months of the start date.
Current RN license required.
