American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN Circulator for a Days assignment requiring 2+ years of OR experience and floating to a secondary location.

• 13-week travel assignment in a 3 OR/Endo unit
• Day shift, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
• Circulating RN duties in a 1:1 patient ratio setting
• Call rotation required via sign-up
• Floating required to Madill location for surgery
• No option for 48 guaranteed hours or blocked schedule
• Uses Cerner/Surginet EMR
• Holidays required, no blackout RTO for holidays

• Active RN license (OK or Compact) required
• 2+ years of recent Operating Room experience required
• No certifications expiring within first 30 days of start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

• Serve as Circulating RN, working alongside Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, and ORTs to provide patient care per AORN and regulatory standards
• Responsibilities include ensuring supplies, maintaining timeliness of cases, communicating with families, updating physician preference cards, and supervising personnel
• Scrubs provided
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered
• Returning CHS employees who worked as permanent staff within the past 2 years will not be considered for this travel position
