Inspect and perform daily maintenance on all HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and chillers;
Install HVAC and Electrical equipment;
Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration trade practices;
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair plant and equipment HVAC systems: chillers, split units, package and appliance refrigeration systems;
Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in HVAC systems, including identifying and replacing faulty parts, and addressing refrigerant leaks
