Drill Spotter / Manual Laborer

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Drill Spotter / Manual Laborer to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting drilling operations by guiding equipment operators, maintaining site safety, and performing general labor duties. The ideal candidate is hardworking, alert, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Safely guide and direct drill operators during positioning and operation
• Maintain clear communication using hand signals and/or radios
• Ensure job site safety procedures are followed at all times
• Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and site cleanup
• Assist with equipment setup and breakdown
• Monitor surroundings for hazards and maintain a safe work zone
• Follow company policies and OSHA safety standards

• Previous construction, drilling, or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safety
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Willingness to work overtime when needed

• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Working near heavy equipment and loud machinery
• Ability to work in heat, cold, and uneven terrain
