Vehicle Delivery Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Vehicle Delivery Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will operate store vehicles to efficiently deliver parts and products to our professional customers, ensuring their satisfaction and safety. If you are bilingual, we encourage you to apply!

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers.
• Utilize delivery fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete daily inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform regular maintenance checks on vehicles.
• Secure delivery vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, hand-held devices, and collected funds at all times.
• Handle customer returns and fill out necessary documentation.
• Communicate any customer issues or special requests to store management.
• Promptly report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damages to the store manager.
• Ensure vehicles are fueled and properly secured at the end of the day.
• Adhere to company clock in/out policies and perform additional assigned duties, which may include customer service and stocking tasks.
• May assist customers and perform cashier duties or merchandising tasks as needed.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing delivery situations.
• A clean driving record that meets company standards.
• A valid state driver's license and compliance with company driving eligibility requirements.

• Familiarity with automotive parts.
• Experience operating light store equipment.
• Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is a plus.
