Lumber Yard Worker
$12.00
Full-time (may include weekends) We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Lumber Yard Worker to join our team. This position involves assisting customers, handling materials, and maintaining an organized and safe lumber yard environment.
Responsibilities:- Load and unload lumber, building materials, and supplies
- Assist customers with product selection and order fulfillment
- Operate forklifts and other yard equipment (training may be provided)
- Organize and stock inventory in the yard and warehouse
- Keep the yard clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Previous experience in a lumber yard, warehouse, or construction environment preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic knowledge of building materials is a plus
- Forklift experience or certification preferred
