Data & Business Support Administrator

A reputable company in the cold storage and logistics industry seeks to employ a graduate with a relevant qualification to assist the Business / Data Analyst team with a range of administrative and operational support tasks for a 6-month seasonal contract. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of analytics projects and business reporting by managing documentation, data preparation, scheduling, and internal communications.

• Capturing data (various reports and data sets – core function)
• Assisting with extracting and preparing reports for statistical analysis
• Updating old business templates
• Assisting with job cards (especially in peak months)
• Liaising with internal departments (Planning / Ops) to ensure smooth flow of information

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Information Management, Business/Data Analytics, or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills
• Power BI skills / knowledge / experience would be advantageous
