A well?established engineering company is looking for a highly organised, detail?driven Executive PA to support the General Manager. This trusted role combines executive support with governance, operations, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain governance, risk, and compliance registers and documentation.
• Support HR administration, onboarding, contracts, and payroll queries (outsourced).
• Coordinate with service providers; manage health & safety and insurance documentation.
• Full executive support: diary management, meetings, travel, reminders, and follow?ups.
• Assist with finance admin, including credit card reconciliations and document control.
• Manage fleet and asset records, warranties, and renewals.
• Build and maintain Excel trackers, registers, and management reports.
Requirements
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or similar.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience in a senior administrative, EA, or operational support role.
• High attention to detail; structured, reliable, and discreet (NDA required).
• Experience in technical or engineering environments is beneficial.
