Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a Financial Administrator to provide financial administration support for the contract by processing supplier documents, managing purchase orders, assisting with invoicing, and ensuring compliance with Tsebo procedures and audit requirements. - Liaise with suppliers, collect required documentation, manage queries, and maintain accurate filing.
- Verify and process invoices, ensure correct supporting documents, and submit authorised invoices to Head Office.
- Capture financial documents on the system and meet daily processing targets.
- Request and reconcile supplier statements, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely creditor payments.
- Prepare client invoices with required backup, monitor debtor ageing, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Create, approve, and track purchase orders on INFOR EAM; ensure correct documentation and monthly accrual updates.
- Prepare payment proposals and assist with monthly reporting and audits.
- Manage ordering and stock levels of stationery, consumables, and uniforms; conduct price checks as required.
- Comply with Tsebo’s SHEQ policies and perform reasonable duties requested by management.
Technical Skills
- Excel Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- INFOR EAM V11, MyMarket.
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and time management

- Organised, proactive, and reliable.
- Matric (essential).
- Accounting/Bookkeeping diploma (advantage).
- 2–5 years accounts experience; facilities experience an advantage.
