Outbound Controller​/Admin Clerk

Are you a proactive administrator who enjoys coordinating, capturing, and ensuring processes run smoothly?

A respected player within the import and distribution industry is looking to appoint an Outbound Controller / Admin Clerk to support their outbound logistics and dispatch processes.

This is a junior, admin-focused role involving high levels of capturing, documentation control, and coordination. The inbound and outbound roles are closely aligned, offering flexibility depending on candidate strengths.

• Manage outbound documentation and dispatch administration
• Capture and update order and stock information
• Coordinate dispatch schedules and transporter communication
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting records
• Check invoices and support costing processes
• Assist with planning and operational coordination
• Provide general administrative support to operations

• Matric (minimum requirement)
• 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative / coordination role
• Strong organisational and data capturing skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Logistics or shipping exposure advantageous but not essential
• Reliable, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
