The OpportunityWe are seeking dedicated and professional Data Entry
Agents to join our established contact center and provide support in a claims processing project by entering data and uploading medical provider invoices into a claims management portal, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are service-oriented, target-driven, and eager to build a long-term career in a reputable organization.
- Enter invoice data accurately into the claims system
- Upload and organize medical invoices on the portal
- Verify basic invoice details and report discrepancies
- Maintain data confidentiality and quality standards
- Other duties as assigned
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- Clear criminal record (essential)
- Previous experience in medical insurance (essential)
- Experience with ICD-10 and CPT medical coding (essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Familiarity with Excel or similar tools
- Hands-on experience in healthcare claims processing, healthcare or administrative work
- Exposure to medical billing and documentation workflows
- High Proficiency in English (German/French advantageous)
- Ability to work EMEA business working hours
