An exciting opportunity exists for a high-energy, detail-driven Operations and Events Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Please take note of working hours:

Monday - Friday 08h00 - 17h00
Saturday 08h30 - 13h00

You will play a key role in planning and coordinating teams to ensure smooth daily operations, while also taking the lead on executing both on-site and off-site events - with a strong focus on graduation-related events. From logistics and scheduling to customer engagement and operational follow-through, you’ll ensure every detail is handled with professionalism and precision.

Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day customer support and relationships, overseeing event planning and execution, handling administrative tasks and reporting, and ensuring operational excellence across branches. You will also assist with general office functions while maintaining high service standards and representing the brand with pride.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business, Operations, or a related field
  • Events or planning background (strong advantage)
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams)
  • Own reliable transport (essential)
  • Willingness to travel nationally, including to Pretoria and Cape Town branches
  • Flexibility to work longer hours during peak periods (March - June)
  • Highly organised with strong planning skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and checklists without dropping the ball
  • Confident coordinating people and logistics under pressure
  • Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills
  • Calm, professional, and well-presented at all times
