What You'll Do:Greet visitors and manage front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
Handle incoming telephone calls with excellent etiquette and provide outstanding customer service
Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, printing, and data entry
Manage courier services and coordinate deliveries efficiently
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required
Monitor and order office stationery and supplies to maintain operational readiness
Assist in coordinating refreshments and catering for meetings
Support travel arrangements including bookings and accommodation when needed
Collaborate with various departments to provide administrative support
Contribute to special projects and organize company events
Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar administrative or reception role
Strong telephone etiquette and excellent customer service skills
Effective time management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using office equipment and basic computer skills
Knowledge of RPE (Recycling and Packaging Environment) is advantageous
Experience with basic HR Administration is advantageous
